Your meetings

Saved privately in this browser.

One schedule. Everyone's time.

Each slot ends at a milestone from the meeting start. Finish your 8-minute turn at 7:00, and the next person gets 9 minutes until 16:00. Run to 9:00, and they get 7.

Templates are starting points. Scrum's Daily is a 15-minute team event; equal time per person is optional.

Your meetings, wherever you work.

Continue with Google to sync your meeting library across devices. Meetings from this browser will be added to your private account.

The timer works without signing in. We request your basic Google profile, not access to your mail, calendar or Drive.

Your agenda stays yours.

Without sign-in, meeting names, agendas, settings and timing history stay in this browser's local storage. Export a backup before clearing browser data.

With Google sign-in, Firebase Authentication handles your basic account profile. Saved meetings and custom templates are synchronized to Cloud Firestore and protected by rules that restrict access to your Google account's user ID.

Share live is optional. It publishes the meeting title, agenda names, planned durations and current timer to anyone with its unguessable viewer link. Notes, owners, reports and Google profile are excluded. A separate control link allows next, pause, undo and extend: share it only with a trusted co-host. Stop sharing revokes both links; they expire after 24 hours.

Live hosting can use a temporary anonymous Firebase identity. No Google login is needed to watch a live screen. No advertising, analytics or payment service is included.

You can export meetings, delete them from your library, or sign out. Deleting a signed-in meeting removes its content from the cloud record; a small deletion marker prevents it from returning from another device.

Questions or an account-data deletion request — avoid including private meeting content in a public issue.

Open another meeting?

The current meeting stays saved. Its timer will be paused.

One timer. Every screen.

Share a clean live timer with your audience. Anyone with the viewer link can see the meeting title, agenda and countdown. Notes and reports stay private.

Keep this host tab open. Links expire after 24 hours.
